    Asalam o alaikum,

I am Ijlal Fareed and I have recently returned from London after being there for approx. four years. Before that I had been in Pakistan for quite a while as well. I caught a few glimpses of this episode. After having spent ages in obtaining all forms of English education and also having lived among the Anglo- Saxon(English) as well as the new anglos, the Americans, I have realised that we are Musalmaans. Unfortunately, we have stopped viewing every scenario of life/earth via the prism of Islam, and view it through the spectacles put over our eyes by western education that propagates western philosophy, atheism, and secularism. I hardly remember anyone telling me about Ibn Batuta,Ibn Sina,Al Ghazali who were the ones to guide Marco polo, to write the Canon of medicine, and to write a rebuttal to Greek philosophies via ‘the incoherence of the philosophers’. Unfortunatley, I was always taught about socrates, plato and aristotle, and above all science, which does observe that a lighted match can light a piece of paper, but fails to recognize the One who has put in that lighted match the capacity to burn , and in that paper, the capacity to get burnt.

On the other hand, the westerners, are always united in confronting this side of the hemisphere, are always wearing common spectacles of disbelief, whereas, we, the new muslim world have lost our identity, by doing as I previously mentioned.

After having read reasonable amount of western literature, I felt that if we read the Quran with translation, above all education, we will get our perspectives sorted. I have seen majority of the people quote this hadis : ‘even go to China if you have to obtain this education’, . But the followinghadis from Al Tirmidhi(2906) is usually ignored: ‘Whoever sought guidance from books other than the Quran, Allah will lead him astray’
This is what I felt I should say about education. Thanks for reading. Asalamo alaikum

    Mohatram Faisal Bhai

It was a interesting program. Mr. Talat Hussain, surely is a very learned man with great values. Education is more important than any thing in this country. But I am more inspired by shehzad Roy and the way he is employing his resources to educate the masses is very impressive. Faisal Bhai App ki So’ Baaton ki Aik Baat that for change we dont need IQTIDAR.
Aur app yaqeen karein demagh mein halchal hona shru ho gai hai

Dear peoples (my veiw after saw this program)
Our country need education free upto highschool 12th grade to every human of any age and children have force to do schooling.. then after 12 years from now we should speek about pakistan as nation.
Right now in reality people should notice this points. we have punjabi nation- balochi nation – sindhi nation – sarahiki nation – gujrati nation – pashton nation but where is pakistani nation. no where but maybe in 10-12% populatiion educated talks for pak as nation first let more people to educate you need minimum 60%-80% educated peoples for sucsessfull work ..this is basic requirment.. when you have low value education you cant able to put concreate brick.. if you do so they next election 85-90% people which are going to vote agian to there nation leader -wadars-churis-girgas peoples who dunt want them to educate & have democracy.
minimum low education full with educational text to increase natioanl rithym in our peoples then we canbe a single nation of pakistan…
